We are strong women who are considerate of each other’s experiences and feelings.
We encourage open and thoughtful communication so we can better understand each other. We know the value and strength in diversity.
We are represented by mothers of different ages, religions, races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexual orientations, political parties, family structures, and cultural backgrounds.
We respect one another as mothers and as humans. We value all mothers because we are all mothers.
While we may have differences in our parenting philosophies and in the choices we make within our families, we still consciously choose to focus on the good in each other and on what we have in common.
We will not tolerate racism, bigotry, or hate.
We are committed to inclusion within our club and to the diversity that continues to make us better and more understanding of our community of mothers.
We recognize that we, as individual club members, are representatives of the Moms’ Club of Absecon & Galloway and will act accordingly.
These are common courtesy expectations, and we hold each of our members accountable.
